How do you actually do it? Who helps you to constantly improve and grow yourself?
Staff = "employees"? The term staff alone is as traditional as the classic organization chart. People who (may) work in hierarchically arranged boxes. But staff could also stand for "crew". Also too small thinking? Correct! You want entrepreneurs in the company in the company. Sounds trite? Maybe. But it's a good description. In the end, you need "accomplices" for the common cause. People who can and want to rely on each other. People who pull together and focus on the North Star over and over again - also for their personal navigation.
Knowing and understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your team is your classic leadership responsibility. However, you also need to know how to get the best out of your accomplices while helping them continue to develop skills to unleash potential. A Vital Leader will constantly help his team to improve. So that tomorrow the team will be stronger than today. They need to know and define comfort zones and motivate to continuously leave them. Aviate - Navigate - and above all Communicate. That's what it's all about. In communication, there is no right or wrong. Communication either falls short or overshoots the mark.
If you want to increase the impact of your leadership communication, you should engage in a SPARRING with us...before you overshoot or fall short.
