Staff = "employees"? The term staff alone is as traditional as the classic organization chart. People who (may) work in hierarchically arranged boxes. But staff could also stand for "crew". Also too small thinking? Correct! You want entrepreneurs in the company in the company. Sounds trite? Maybe. But it's a good description. In the end, you need "accomplices" for the common cause.
